Given my background in luxury hotel management and process improvement consulting, luxury and concierge are at the core of Kim Realty Group. In my 10+ year career, I have managed hundreds of successful property sales and earned over a hundred 5-star reviews. I’m also proud to say I have never once been unable to sell a client’s property.
I am a problem solver at heart. Serving people and being solution-oriented are the core tenants of my work ethic. That’s why Kim Realty Group is dedicated to specializing and serving clients in their most complex real estate situations.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and church community. You can also find me on a golf course, pickleball court or cheering for any of the sports teams from his home state of Colorado.

I specialize in complex real estate scenarios, including Probate, Trust, and Investment property sales. With 7+ years of real estate experience in Southern California, I offer expertise in helping homeowners obtain the best value for distressed properties, properties with reverse mortgages, large special assessments, unique zoning, unknown permits, tenants paying below-market rent, and other obstacles.
I began my real estate career in 2016 as the Marketing Coordinator for a small beachside brokerage firm, creating thoughtful print and digital collateral for 100+ homes. Soon after, I became a licensed Realtor myself and joined the Kim Realty Group. Tapping into my marketing background, my clients can expect excellent communication throughout the selling and/or buying process.
When I'm not out touring properties, I love taking care of my baby girl, interior decorating, swimming, hiking, supporting my husband's Daily Fantasy Sports business, and indulging in reality TV.

I’m a people person and truly enjoy my career in real estate. I am beyond thankful to have the opportunity to walk alongside each client to help support their buying or selling goals, no matter what the situation. My background has always been in serving people, so I’m thankful to do what I love every day! Real estate allows me to take a journey with each client to help them discover the best strategy for their family or personal goals. Each home buying or selling experience carries its unique story and circumstance, requiring its unique result. From managing a sale of a complex estate settlement, strategizing the best way to sell a property in probate, partnering with a chosen fiduciary or law firm, to buying a new luxury home. My goal is to listen to each client’s specific preferences and find ways to support them best. Through it all, I seek to provide a joyful and seamless experience from start to finish.
I grew up in Minnesota where I met my husband of over 20 years. We have two beautiful daughters who are the greatest gift in life. Besides my cherished time with my family, you’ll find me with friends enjoying all that Southern California has to offer, hiking the various San Diego trails, visiting the ocean and soaking up that warm sunshine.
